Katy-May Hudson creates bold, emotionally resonant stories grounded in distinctive characters and compelling human experiences.

She studied screenwriting at the School of Visual Arts in New York, where she was mentored by Academy Award-winning screenwriter Alex Dinelaris (Birdman). His mentorship informed her approach to character, dialogue, and story structure.

Her work has been produced for stage and screen, and her writing on social issues has been published by Women & Hollywood, PAPER Magazine, and Quiet Mike.

She has worked as a script consultant for numerous writers and creatives across multiple mediums.
